It was our first try and we were met at the door, guided through each section at every stage. We shared the sauna which was fabulous, then went for our massage.... divine, we were then taken to the float pool, where all was explained and I slipped into the water, turned off the lights and had a beautiful meditative experience. So calm and relaxing. We will, definitely, do this again and I can personally recommend to you all XX

The ambiance of City Cave is incredibly calming, with soothing music and gentle lighting that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. After my massage, I stepped into the magnesium float tank, which is like a little oasis of tranquility. The weightlessness of the water combined with the high magnesium content really helps to relax your muscles and mind. Floating in the tank felt like a dream, and I could feel all my stress melting away.

I love it here! I had my first float therapy experience 2 weeks ago and haven't looked back! You truly do leave feeling replenished, relaxed, better mobility and the staff and great relaxing atmosphere just add to the experience. Well worth a visit!!
